About Build Your Own Fish Box
Our Build Your Own Fish Box puts you in control. Handpick exactly the wild-caught Alaskan seafood you want, in the portions that make sense for your household. We understand and love that you want the freedom to choose your own fish.
Build Your Own is perfect if you:

What portion sizes and quantities can I order?
Our Build Your Own Fish Box allows you to choose fish from our current catch in all the portion sizes and quantities available on our individual products. Use the drop-downs to chose the portion size and quantities.
How many choices do I get?
Choose at least 3 products and up to 12 products for your Fish Box.
Are your products imported?
No, all of our products are 100% from the USA. Our fish are caught and processed in Alaska - in Cordova, Anchorage and Juneau. Our salmon burgers are made from 100% wild Alaskan salmon in Palmyra, WI.
How is it shipped?
Our orders are shipped via UPS in boxes with eco-friendly recyclable insulation and dry ice.
They are normally in transit for 1 - 2 days, but they will stay frozen for up to 4 days depending on the weather and other factors.
Every order comes with cooking instructions and recipes, and with safety instructions for the disposal of the packaging and dry ice.
Do you ship everywhere?
Yes, we do and we guarantee your fish arrives frozen anywhere in the continental United States. We don’t ship our frozen fish to Alaska or Hawaii (but we do ship our shelf stable products there).
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please take pictures and/or videos of the issue if possible and send us an email to info@alaskafreshseafood.com.
Different problems require different solutions, but we always strive for exceptional service and happy customers.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped the Monday or Tuesday after your order is placed. You will receive your order 1-2 days after shipping.
We ship out of our hub in Milwaukee. Don’t worry, all of your fish is from Alaska! Adra’s originally from WI. We relocated back here and started our company.
And shipping from MKE versus Alaska saves you $$ on shipping as the customer!

With 17+ years living in Cordova, Alaska, owners Adra and Juro built relationships directly with local fishermen and ran seafood processing operations, giving us the inside perspective most seafood companies simply don't have.
We hand-pick each fish from trusted boats, then partner with elite processor Copper River Seafoods (where Juro worked for 13 years) to ensure every fillet is perfectly cut, flash-frozen within hours, and vacuum-sealed to lock in peak freshness for up to two years.
While there's a myth that "never frozen" is best, the truth is unless you live on the Alaska coast, our flash-frozen fillets will taste fresher than anything that's been shipped fresh for days. We guarantee that our proven boat-to-box process delivers the quality consistency you deserve, with the personal expertise you can trust.
