Wild Alaskan Salmon Caviar: Pure, Sustainable Luxury

Our Wild Alaskan salmon caviar (also called salmon roe or ikura) comes from the same pristine Alaska waters as our premium salmon.  Sourced directly from trusted fishermen with complete traceability. These jewel-like pearls burst with rich, briny flavor and deliver exceptional omega-3 content in every spoonful. Whether you're topping blinis for an elegant appetizer, adding a pop of luxury to sushi, or simply enjoying it by the spoonful, our caviar brings restaurant-quality indulgence to your table. Harvested Fresh from Prince William Sound

Our wild Alaskan salmon caviar comes from sockeye and keta salmon caught by small boat fishermen in Prince William Sound, just outside Cordova, Alaska. During the brief June through July season, these dedicated fishermen practice meticulous handling-bleeding every fish immediately, using slushed ice, and maintaining 32-36°F temperatures to preserve peak freshness. The roe is processed and flash-frozen immediately at Copper River Seafoods, locking in just-harvested quality with no preservatives or additives. We guarantee your caviar arrives fresh-frozen and in perfect condition. A 2oz jar tops appetizers for 4-6 people.
