How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, you're setting up automatic deliveries of restaurant-quality seafood at a frequency that works for you. Choose your products, pick your delivery schedule, and we'll handle the rest.

Here's what happens:

  1. Place your first order – Select "Subscribe & Save" on any eligible product.
  2. Choose your frequency – Delivery every month, 2 months, or 3 months.
  3. Sit back and relax – We'll send your seafood automatically, with a reminder email before each shipment

Before Each Renewal:

  • Friendly reminder email 3-5 days before your order processes

After Each Order Ships:

Managing Your Subscription

You're in complete control. Make changes anytime through your subscription dashboard:

Access Your Dashboard

Click the "Manage Subscription" link in any subscription email, or visit your account on our website. No password needed—we'll send you a secure access link.

What You Can Do

Change Your Delivery Schedule
Speed it up, slow it down, or adjust to match your seafood consumption. Delivery frequency is flexible and can be changed anytime.

Skip an Order
Heading out of town? Freezer already stocked? Skip any upcoming delivery with one click. Your subscription stays active and picks up on the next cycle.

Swap Products
Try something new or adjust quantities. Update your subscription products before your next order processes.

Update Payment or Shipping
New credit card? Moving? Update your information instantly through your dashboard.

Pause Your Subscription
Need a break? Pause for up to 3 months. Your subscription stays intact and resumes when you're ready.

Canceling Your Subscription

We'll be sad to see you go, but there are no commitments or cancellation fees. Ever.

To cancel:

  1. Log into your subscription dashboard
  2. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm, and you're all set

You can cancel anytime, for any reason. If your order has already processed but hasn't shipped yet, text us and we'll do our best to help.
